Alien Junk Spaceship

                                                 James's Space Ship

This is my son's English homework. James couldn't see the sense in it, High school kids making junk toys for English. He told his teacher he would have rather done an essay.
After a lot of moaning he got it done !
2 foil baking trays got stuck together and plastic bottles added for legs. May helped him decorate the top. It turned out well, even lasted a trip into school and back!
James is hoping its back to English for the rest of the term.

This little make is simple and can be done by preschool children or younger. Its cheap to make, all you need is 2 paper plates and paint. They can add on tissue paper for wings and paper for eyes. I have put a photo below of how to cut the plates.

Halloween Monster Pot

Monster Pot

This little tub is great for sweets at Halloween. It is simple to make, as long as you dont mind getting sticky! The tub is made from half a plastic bottle covered in layers of green tissue paper, stuck down with watered down PVA. Looking for more recycling ideas check out our Recycling Craft Page .
